The ITI colombian Centre’s Co-President, Viktor Sebek also acts as Associate Director of this major event planned by Cecile Álvarez., the President Emeritus of the Philippine ITI Centre and President of ITI Social Change network, The event was originally scheduled for May 2020, but has been postponed for October 2021 due to covid restrictions, Various artists associated with ITI Centers will participate as well as the ITI General Secretariat.

The basic budget for this large event was voted by the House of Representatives and the Senate, was reconfirmed by the bicameral session and approved by the President of Republic.
