At the suggestion of two of its partners, Cecile Alvarez, the President ITI Social Change Network and UNESCO Artist for Peace and Hedva Ser, UNESCO Goodwill Ambassador for Cultural Diplomacy, the ITI Center, together with SSCC, is opening up a programme on cultural diplomacy in conjunction with Universities in Andorra, Brazil, the Philippines and Colombia. Other universities will join subsequently.

The origin of the programme was Art Camp, which is a cultural diplomacy movement in plastic arts initiated at the global level by the Andorran National Commission for UNESCO, and for the Mediterranean, by the Government of Malta. The current programme intends to expand the scope of a cultural diplomacy movements from plastic arts to all scenic arts.

The Manila SDG event in October 2021 will replicate it the Art Camp for ten ASEAN countries.
